Logline
A scientist haunted by his father's death is entrusted with an untested device that can turn living tissue back in time, and must decide how far he'll go to save the mother he has never forgiven.

Synopsis
At thirteen, Noah Williamson ran out into a snowstorm, and his father drowned coming after him through the ice. Noah has spent his life keeping his mother Julie at arm's length, blaming her for what he can't forgive in himself. Now a scientist, he inherits something extraordinary from his dying colleague Fedir: a device that can restore living things to an earlier moment in time. A dying rose blooms again. Then his dog Mookie. But when the technology is used on Julie, the restoration doesn't stop, and Noah finds himself racing against his mother's own body as it runs backward toward a point no one can return from. To save her, he may have to go back to the one place he has never been able to face: the ice where his father died.
